Each section shall respectively appoint
special agents to be stationed at the said junction and all
matters in comection with the delivering of all cars shall he
under their respective management and in the absence of such
special agents the station master of the respective RailwayB
shall act in the place of such special employees.
6.
The special employees or station master of
the respective sections shall each keep a book in the form in
Schedule "A" hereto and shell therein register the arrival and

therefrom shall be sent to the respective Traffic Managers of
the two Railways once in every 10 days. Such extracts shall be

unavoidable alteration and or addition to be made therein then and in such case such alteration and or addition shall be
made by the said special employees or station resters in red

All cars of any kind imediately after they
are handed over to the receiving section shell be considered to be in the custody of the receiving section and hire as per schedule B shall be charged against the receiving section thereon for each and every hour. Such hire shall be similarly charged on all carriages and or wagons cither loaded or un-
loaded.

Each section shall furnish the other with
tables of the rates to be charged from the said junction of
